Testing of related accessories for pit pumps

"Pit pump" usually refers to a pump installed in a pit below the ground, used to lift and transport the liquid in the pit (such as sewage, wastewater, rainwater, etc.) to other places. This type of pump generally needs to have good corrosion resistance, wear resistance and reliable operation capabilities, because the pit environment may be relatively harsh, with certain impurities, corrosive substances, etc.

Some pit pumps may be vertical structures, which are easy to install in deeper pits and occupy less space; some may have higher head and flow to meet the drainage needs in different scenarios, etc.

Because the application environment is relatively harsh, the material requirements and performance requirements for the related accessories of the pump body equipment are higher. Therefore, we will be more careful for this type of pump body needs. Usually, we will conduct comprehensive inspections of casting products through composition analysis, material uniformity inspection, external dimension measurement, internal structure dimension inspection, strength test, hardness test, sealing performance test, hydraulic performance test and other projects to meet the customer's use requirements.
